Consultation with a psychologist
The purpose of an individual consultation is to help the patient to adapt to changes in circumstances, coping with negative emotions or reduced quality of social relations. During individual conversations, a psychologist helps to handle difficulties, improve self-awareness, overcome senses as hopelessness and helplessness, resolve interpersonal conflicts, manage stress more effectively, understand the situations better and make decisions. Individual psychological counselling helps a person to look at their life situation from a wider perspective, re-evaluate their role and change their behaviour based on a new perception.
